Booking a job

How it works

  1. Tell us the job

Call, text or send the form. A photo and your borough is usually enough for us to price it without visiting.

  2. Get it in writing

A written estimate with the line items broken out, so you can see what each part costs and compare it.

  3. We do the work

Most jobs start within 2–5 business days. The price does not move unless you approve extra work.

Why ONIITO

Small crew, published rates, no sales call

Most New York contractors quote every job from scratch, which means a site visit and a negotiation before you know whether you can afford it. We run a small crew with low overhead, publish what we charge, and set it about 20% under the typical local price. That is the entire pitch — there is no membership, no dispatch fee and no upsell.

Questions

Before you book

What does ONIITO charge?

Handyman labor is $75 an hour with a two-hour minimum. Most services also have flat or per-unit pricing — TV mounting from $139, furniture assembly from $89 a unit, curtain rods from $99 a window, flooring from $4.00 a square foot, tile from $11 a square foot, painting from $680 a bedroom and wallpaper from $44 a roll. Everything is listed on the pricing page.

Why is ONIITO cheaper than other NYC contractors?

We run a small crew with low overhead and publish our rates instead of quoting each job from scratch. Our prices are set about 20% below the typical advertised New York price for the same work, which still leaves a working margin. We are not the cheapest quote you will find, and we are not trying to be.

Which areas of New York do you cover?

All five boroughs — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island — plus nearby areas. Ask if you are just outside the city.

How soon can you start?

Most jobs start within two to five business days. Small mounting and assembly visits can often be scheduled sooner.

Are estimates free?

Yes, and they are written. We confirm the price before we start and it does not change mid-job unless you approve extra work.

Are you insured?

Yes, ONIITO is fully insured for handyman work in New York. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your building if your co-op or management company requires one.

Do you supply materials?

We can supply standard materials at cost, or install what you have already bought. For flooring, tile, wallpaper and window treatments most customers order their own, and we tell them the exact quantity to buy.

How do I book?

Call or text 513-516-4075, email khusanj11@gmail.com, or send the form on this site. Include the borough, the job and a photo if you have one — that is usually enough for us to quote without a site visit.

Tell us about the job

Name, number and a sentence about the work is enough. A photo helps more than a long description — email one over and we can usually quote without visiting.
