Everything else

Odd jobs by the hour

A door that sticks, a leaking faucet cartridge, a shelf that has come loose, a light fixture swap, three unrelated small things in one visit. Handyman labor is $75 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, against $90–$110 typical in New York. If the list is long enough that hourly beats the flat rates, we will tell you.
